QUESTION - Traffic Signal using Single Timer (G-Y-R) (1 Way Directions) (With Compare instruction) :-
PLC Program - Suppose you have three lights RED, GREEN, YELLOW. First you will keep the GREEN light “ON” for 6 second ,Then YELLOW for 3 second and at last RED again for 7 second. In a loop. Same as traffic lights…
In this Program I used the timer is T0. It's work on 100ms so I take the Preset value of Timer is 50ms. timing calculation is :
for GREEN Light (0ms to 60ms)
100ms * 60ms = 6000ms but 1000ms = 1s so GREEN Light is work on 6s
for YELLOW Light (61ms to 90ms)
100ms * 30ms = 3000ms but 1000ms = 1s so YELLOW Light is work on 3s
for RED Light (91ms to 160ms)
100ms * 70ms = 7000ms but 1000ms = 1s so RED Light is work on 7s
