Wow. I was looking to purchase this couch and thought i'd look up some reviews first. That's so disappointing because this couch is pretty expensive. What the heck.
It's interesting how on camera the sofa looks like it dips in the middle where the cushions meet in the front. The sofa is a pretty color and I like how it looks overall. But it has way to many inconsistencies going on with it. It's like whoever put the fabric on it was brand new and had never done that before. I hope the next one arrives in better condition.

I feel your pain - I have had a similar experience as you but not quite as bad - I am waiting on my third replacement sectional from West Elm - you’re right the sofas are not cheap and I refuse to accept poor quality furniture! I could have purchased from Arhaus or RH - the only good thing is I have a fantastic sales rep that knows how to get things done! Honestly the issues were not as bad as yours but they did a horrible job on your sofa and it’s clear it was not inspected by quality control! It’s frustrating that we have to wait 5-6 months just to receive crap! Not me!!
They should give you the new couch free,. That place is expensive and suppose to be high quality. get your money back and have a prosperous happy 2022😘Love u
