Thanks so much !! .... . The Monty Python star and travel writer Michael Palin has returned to screens for a brand new documentary in which he takes a 1,000-mile journey across Iraq.
Rylan, who is usually a presenter on The One Show, was on the opposite side of the sofa as he was interviewed by Alex and Roman Kemp about his new book Ten: The Decade That Changed My Future on Thursday evening (September 29).
He opened up about the terrible time he had had over the last year since he split from his husband Dan Neal. He told viewers: "I'm on my way to sorting this out [points to his head], sorting this out [points to his heart]. Things take time.
"I got very bad last year to the point in the book there's a warning in the book about things I talk about. My personal life is my personal life but unfortunately last year it became public so let's just be honest about it. I clearly can't deal with secrets."
