Mango season is here and share this delicious loaf cake with you all.Its fluffy and has an amazing mango flavor and eggless.
Ingredients-
All purpose flour - 1 Cup (250 ml)
Baking Powder - 2 Tbsp (10ml)
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp (2.5ml)
Vegetable Oil - 1/2 Cup (125ml)
Sugar - 1/2 Cup (125ml)
Mango puree - 1/2 Cup (125ml)
Splash of Vanilla Essence
Milk - 1/4 Cup (60ml)
