I liked your video. I checked out the website for this hide as I have a caravan on outskirts of York, I couldn’t believe the price for using it, as nice as it is I think I’ll take my chances in the free countryside we are blessed with in this country. You did both get nice photos though so hopefully you thought it was worth the cost.

Thanks for your comment Darren. Yes it was expensive but we think most hides are going that way unfortunately. There’s obviously a demand for them. We try to mix it up as best we can.

@@twitcherspictures Good question. The colour of a stoat is a darker brown wheras a weasel is more red. I caught a stoat once that had been hit by a car in front of me. It was stunned and I took it to a vet. The stress of capture would have killed it even if it had been uninjured but I did not know that at the time.
