What the hematologist doctors don’t stress enough is each crisis is a year off our life! As someone who has Sickle Cell, this woman is really pissin me off cus they think he's bullshitin. When you're under stress, you can have a bad pain episode. Plus, the type of sickle cell he has is THE WORST!!!! He really could pass away! And the doctor is absolutely wrong abt the medication. He's not gonna be able to really focus and answer questions! I have SC but my oldest brother has SS and the state we live in would never allow this behavior at all. It’s truly sickening.
