Saw him in Aberdeenshire in the 60's . he wrote his name on my arm i was over the moon . My parents thought i was nuts as i wouldn't wash my arm lol He was great and still is .
Amazing, Marty looks incredible, I went to see him in the sixties at a Rock and Roll show in Leeds, it was wonderful , Billy Fury, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran to name but a few ,what a night to remember .
@@seanmitten3062 Eddie Cochran was killed in a car accident in the UK just a few weeks after I saw him, there was a film that I remember seeing called The Girl Can’t help it, he was in that with all the other Rockers of that time ,if you haven’t seen it and you love Rock & Roll it’s a must .
Marty Wild I saw him at The Liverpool Empire in 1962 it was one of those one night stand when I went by coach with a good many others from our local youth club. Again in 1963 same venue where he stood in for Billy Fury who was ill. Saw Eden Kane the same evening. Those were wonderful times.
Like Marty, I'm also a Blackheath-born lad, and still live just round the corner from where Marty grew up in Greenwich. One of his "Hound Dogs" band went onto be one of my primary school teachers, Phillip Woodward. Saw Marty last night at the Blackheath Halls, and his voice is still in fine nick, and he is still the consummate professional.
Great to see you looking so well. Going back to the late fifties in Woolwich Road with my brother Phil Woodward on the bass and me Ray on drums rehearsing at 227. What great memories we made but we The Hound Dogs realised that only you had the real talent to go on professionally. We have enjoyed coming to see you at your shows over the years and enjoyed our chats backstage afterwards. We look forward to seeing you in April next year at Blackheath. Happy memories Ray and Zoe.
Kim and her Dad's duet during lockdown was fantastic. Great to see Marty going strong. Is Kim single ? Not asking for a friend, asking for me ! She has such a great sense of humour
Kim wildes best song for me was you came. Still love my 80s music and always watch 80s music channel. To me the music was better than today's music. My mum and dad saw Martyr wilde live in Peterborough last night and enjoy it very much.
What a fantastic man so down to earth all the best Marty. 🎤🎸🎼🙌🙌👏👏👏

Kim Wilde is such a beautiful lady. Looks and personality.
Its reallly cool that Kims father cowrote Kids in America, that song is a real popclassic. I still love to listen to that song, it never sounds old.

85 and very fortunate that he doesn’t have dementia and still able to mentally function at his age. So many can’t.

I agree. You came is Kim Wilde.
Sweet
No mention of brother and son, song-writer and producer, Ricky Wilde who with Marty was said to have written Kids in America.
0:00 - 0:09 Susanna's showing us her teeth for a whole 9 seconds!
Marty to me was Good alright when he was young ! but honestly BILLY FURY was the Best.

My friend plays bass for Marty
I wanted to look like Kim when she was young. very attractive lady.
Chuck Berry was the greatest influence guitar wise

Kim's had some work done
Be more specific. What do you think she's had done.
No definetly not!! She looks and is all natural!
Old welwyn family
Peters and lee

Elvis could sing no doubt! but all is ideas and songs came from Otis Blackwell The original man Elvis Presley
imitated
Eddie Cochran was better than Elvis and he could play the Guitar too.
Totally agree , never got the Elvis fascination..
Susanna Reid is so extremely annoying and spoils the interview.
The daughter looks like the fathers depressed mother having just lost her husband.
Eh.
You need glasses 🤡 .leave Kim alone, she looks beautiful in her late 50s.
@@gaylewhauwhau3972
She's 63 and looks stunning!
He should invest in a better syrup.
kim seems lovely.but the bleached hair looks too severe at her age.she's had too much work done.
She's had nothing done at all!
They haven’t got a note between them, not their fault they can’t sing but fact!
Time to go to bed... Yawn
My god the father looks better than the daughter...she looks terrible
She's put on weight or just aged unfortunately still an incredible singer
Kim is in her sixties, of course she has aged,as we all do....saw her live two years ago she was great
@@peachmelba1637glad both her parents are still and alive well still. Must be a very close family she has
