A few months ago at the zoo, not realising there was a macaque nearby, I gave my kid a snack. The macaque swiftly came and took it, giving us both a fright! Luckily Hailey was nearby and came to check on us. She was very kind and walked us to safety while sharing with us information on macaques. Thank you, Hailey, for your calm and reassuring presence and for assisting us that day!
