How i got on without furniture was this:
Step one:
Get Alice from wonderland outfit
Step two:
Become large and go to the "kindergarden area"
Step three:
Go to the UI and step on it 2 times to become normal sized (becareful)
Step four:
Go to his room and burst the door open by running at it
Done + if you touch anyone or anything it will get flinged cause your still actually large but you look small

The headmaster surely would be in the house near the music thingy, in the basement I think I already told you how to get there, you need a zabuton and then press the arrow on the right that is pointing down it makes things go down but if you want that you need to enter that house with a zabuton or any item too, if the headmaster existed he surely would be there. Btw he isn’t there only if he EXISTED
And by the way the distrubing thing about bears in the show is that they can attack you so in the police station there’s a poster of criminals,so some of these bears might be the Two criminals and more masked criminals that police don’t know about!

I saw something strange in the game , when I became cat butler or any other characters and the girl character is alone with hanaco robot , she start to beating hanaco and it happens every time
And if u turn off enemies in the game the hanaco robot disappears
I just tried it and thank u for mentioning that :O, because the robot is an enemy (there must be a theory behind it), he attacked her first then she fought back and he ran screaming for help
Otherwise if they were humans behind the Bear outfits, they would stand like humans and would probably be our height.
What is tgey did a surgery to Look like a bear and also become short to be more cuter , and i think car butler gives them alot of money because of that (bc he's rich)
