If you feel pain in your forearms next day then don't do it that day, let it heal. If not then you can do. You should try fully and till failure so that you would feel pain, otherwise its not working..

1:30 here is a correction Wrist size can actually grow...by aaplying Wolf's law on it and by train a lot. 3-4 months ago my wirst was around 7-7.5 inches it is quite big bur i wanna just increase it more.then i start working out after after 4 months my wrist increased by 9.25 inches.
