Thank you, I’m 61 and I’m consuming information obsessively. I kept myself scrolling thru “shorts” and other videos all the time. I used to be conscious about this attention to the driving and traffic, but this sh*t is hypnotic. I will put my phone away from me tomorrow morning. Wish me luck.
