As a former haridresser I am unafraid to take my tools to my hair! I have thick curly brown hair (naturally) and I know that in order to maintain a sharp, edgy look to my style, I have to undercut like yours. I balance that with keeping the top and crown a bit longer and use a flat iron to keep it soft and feminine! I love my haircut days about every 2 weeks and my Wahl with the #2 is by BFF! I could never go less than a 2. I dont blame you, that crosses the line to too short. Your content is amazing and I love watching you share all of your tips and tricks! XO

Very cute and I will now not ever use #1 guard, I use 2 and 4 or I would have the same result as you. Thank you for showing the fun new style--versatility is the key here and people have no idea how much you can do with short hair. Your cut is perfect now grown out a bit. Cannot wait for the color update when you get your highlights. I have been doing balayage and I really prefer that technique for my highlights over foils. Should be fun to see what you do! God Bless!

I did IT and I luv IT!!! I went to work today and sooo many people were telling me how much they loved it and wish they were brave enough to do it….. I’m at my heaviest 215… I used to be 110… but I’m telling you Do it.. you will luv it and rock it when you wear it❣️😉

I have come to realize that the direction in which hair grows will impact on how successful a blow dry and set will look. Your hair seems to grow straight up away from your scalp. As soon as you take your towel off, your hair stands right up. I don’t have that gift. Therefore I have to work much harder to achieve even a similar look although I am using your recommended products. Would your hairdresser have any tips for us gals who are not blessed with your type of hair? Love your videos 😊

I have a short pixie and I know how to cut hair and I am doing everything in my power not to go buzz myself with the clippers. I could easily follow your guide and I would start with a 4 and work my way closer should I decide to do so. I may just do it! Love, love, love your look today…..fun change!

I agree, #1 is very short. It’s what my stylist uses on most of her undercuts, including mine. Cold weather is coming, so will probably grow it out a bit for winter. The only thing is short hair feels long quickly. So in a couple weeks it’s actually perfect and less visits to the salon. I have a razor to trim neck hair in between visits to keep the nape hairline nice.
Go for it!!😍 If you start with the #4 guard, it won't seem so drastic....and it will be grown out in a very short time if you don't love it😘

Oh thank you!!🥰 It took me a long time to do the undercut but I absolutely love it now! You don't have to go as high with the undercut and can have your stylist use a #4 or higher guard. It grows out super fast so if you don't love it, it won't take too long to grow out😘
Oh man, getting hair cut Wednesday, tomorrow, still have no idea what to do!! Love that eyebrow tip, I have fine, thin hair so can’t get it clipped, the back make I can, my scalp can show thru even with a razor cut, awful!! I’m sure I’ll be dreaming of hair haha. I had this cut early summer. I know exactly what you mean by some scalp showing. It bothered me at first, too, but wow, it grows fast. Those first few days I wanted to hide, but not for long. My stylist said she does pretty much all of her undercuts using a one guard.
Question for you: will you use guard #1 and 2 for next cut? Or will you do 2 and 3 instead? My hairdresser did 2 and 3 after looking at your pics and I really liked those, I am scared of #1 LOL. I absolutely love your pixie and am so glad you inspired me to cut mine the same as yours!
Oh I'm so glad you are enjoying your style!! Honestly, I think I prefer the #2 and #3. I may do one more cut with the shorter guards as everyone wanted to see this exact cut but I think I'll probably go back to the #2 after that😘

I really love your hair! I got mine cut very short but I hate the bangs poking me in the forehead. I was pushing them up and so finally just cut the top shorter. Anyway, your videos have pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and cut it all off, and wear makeup for the first time in my life.
