The milling line for round bales

The milling line for round bales is designed for de-baling and milling of herbal material to a desired fraction. Additionally, one can effortlessly process bulk material as shown. With a input capacity of 3.000 kg per shift, it can upscale your production significantly and keep your operating cost low. As it needs only two operators per shift for material dosage and process supervision, it perfectly suits current lack of workforce across the globe. Large mouth of a first stage de-baler and mill machine can handle bales of up to 1,5 m (6 ft) in diameter! If your using larger bales, contact us for any questions and support. Finished material fills the big bags attached to output conveyor by a upper skirt or chute and automatic mechanism starts filling the other bag, as the first gets full so that the operator has enough time to replace the full big bag. Line is adaptable, and can achieve demanded particle size (fraction) to a minimum of 2 mm. Complete line is equipped with a dedusting filter systems, that keeps the factory floor and air clean, safe and suitable for work.
