If you dont want to ram them, privately charter a real skull&crossbone crew willing and able to attack. There are mercinaries and you could fund these mercinaries to do this dirty work. Sea sheppard can stand by as rescue vessel for japanese crew. Why donate for this???! If you want a proactive crew armed with an ice class vessel with double hull and triple bow, they are ready and waiting.
