この曲が終着点なら確かに綺麗な物語だったかもしれないけれど、通過点にしてくれたおかげでAZKiに会えたからその判断には感謝しかないですわ
いのちのアンサーソングでリリース日的に2022年7月だからこれで最後の曲になってしまうかもしれなかったのかな？と思うと感情になる
この歌の舞台は、やはりルートAlpha世界線でのラストソングだと思うけど、Beta世界線のAZKiちゃんがそのこと(過去+引退)をわかってて歌ってると考察します。そして、「エンドロールは終わらない」もほぼ同じコンセプトですが一歩も二歩も先に進んだ感じ。
初めて聴いたあずきちのオリ曲でもあり、開拓者組合に入るきっかけになった曲でもあります
サビの盛り上がりに「あなたの」を繰り返し、そこにあずきちの切なさいっぱいで迫ってくるような歌が加わって本当に胸を打たれる
某鍵系のゲームのエンディングにでも流れていそうな切なく美しく感動的な曲
それだけでも十分だけどこの曲があずきちが引退予定だった月に発表されたということを知ってからはもうというか地球を突き抜けて宇宙の果てまで行ってしまいそうになる
きっと私は10年後もあなたの歌声を聴きたいと思うでしょう

AZKiちゃんって、なんとなくすっと消えてしまいそうな雰囲気があってこういう歌を聴くと色々な感情が溢れ出してしまう。一日一日を大切に生きようって思える名曲です。

I’m startled at the fact that I didn’t notice this before around the time when AZki released this song. But now if pay close attention to it, it sounds really like a graduation song. And I just notice how AZki’s songs conveyed a lot about her journey and indirect messages which she never really tells, but put into songs. Got chills down the spine by the fact that back then, I did not notice these messages and did not give her the proper support when she needed the most
I’m so very glad and grateful for the fact that AZki now decides to stay here with us.
Big shout out to the pioneers that have always been with her through that time.

The pain I feel everyday is seeing her views be so low for her songs that are so beautiful. Inochi and Afterglow are two of my favorite Holo songs and seeing em with such low numbers is just pain

As a new Hololive fan of about a year or so, I can tell you I didn't get hooked onto AZKi's character till the Sui-chan letter thing in 5th fes. Afterall, most Hololive fans are not "idol fans," we're "Vtuber fans."
Until very recently, when AZKi started doing full time TH-cam, she was very much just an "idol," the definition of one too, great at dancing, very normal irl, amazing singing, everything you would "idolize." But that's not why me and many other people got into Hololive. We got into Hololive because of the dumb shenanigans that happen on stream, that get born through seamless interactions between members. AZKi, who mainly focused on music, seldom played games or collabed with others did not fit what most viewers sought form Hololive.
But the Last Frontier interaction during 5th Fes brought a new color to Hololive I didn't know I was missing: crying. Tears of happiness, tears of sorrow, tears of just being overwhelmed by emotion, that's what a lot of AZKi brings onto the table. Her songs are extremely emotional and is really brought to the spotlight by her extremely soothing voice. The further I went into the AZKi rabbit hole the more I fell in love with her content. For example, the fact that her name basically means "the me that is small will always fear the world without you," or the fact that I was hooked onto her songs from 10+ years ago from my high school days and had one of her original songs on my phone from before she was even AZKi.
But everything I mentioned above has a huge gate: language. I've lived and studied in Japan and am fluent in Japanese, but most people are not. AZKi's content is mainly music, something you have to spend effort to find translated lyrics. Her other interactions pre-geo guesser are all just cameos and mentions in clips by other members. To non-Japanese speaking audience, AZKi was mainly a support character in the anime where their oshis were the main character.
Now that she's collabing more with other members and getting fixated on some weird stuff (Geoguessr, blowing up tanks, military airplanes and flight patterns), I'm glad she's getting more exposure.
生誕祭2022の最後のMCを噛み締めてから、詞と曲を合わせて聴くと、これはアルファ世界線のAZKiちゃんへの歌なのかなって思いました
「これが最後」という気持ちを込めて、この歌を作ってくれたのでは？

最後の歌詞にも歌にもなっていませんが、「AZKi」と言う文字が出て気づきました。
ルートαのAZKiちゃんに向けてだからこんなに終わりが明確な歌詞なんですね...
Amazing to realise this was a year ago, time just flies by. And now a year later we celebrate AZKi's 5th Birthday Live tomorrow.

Imo, I find the opposite attracting pair of SorAZ to be so fascinating. They are pretty much opposite from their types of music, to their ways of doing things. Only things they share in common are their kindness, determination and their love for music for real.
