Yeah it is and plus don't have a any jollibee pops so thought this would be the best one. Jollibee and freddy in one. Yeah they do, some glow pops but some are just reacting to the uv light. That is an awesome Freddy!! I want to try Jolibee too but have never had the chance! That’s one of the Freddy’s I would like to get someday!! Glow is a little weak but still a fun one!!
