Yeah it is and plus don't have a any jollibee pops so thought this would be the best one. Jollibee and freddy in one. Yeah they do, some glow pops but some are just reacting to the uv light. Yeah it was but still atleast there was some glow better then it not glowing at all lol. Thanx mate, same to you. Have an awesome rest of the week. Thanx for watching
