Call Sen. Schumer and Whitehouse. One of these Internet channels put up a petition for the people to complain to press the Senate to begin the process of pressure to resign and charges for tax fraud!

We pay their salaries, but we don't pay aa much as parties to cases/or third parties controlling ruling impacts. We pay so the corrupt may have them available. Our Congress put them there!!!!

14th amendment section three. The fact that this court did not rule to disqualify trump still burns. What is the point of this court staying in tact even one more day? 14th amendment, section 3, could not have been more clear. All justices should be impeached.

I have written this same type of comment in reaction to similar videos. I think taking to the streets everywhere with peaceful protests would be very effective. The politicians need to know that the American people do care about this issue. My opinion...I think Trump and the GOP's "flood the zone" with BS has worked on us....we are all numb from all their garbage all of the time. We are exhausted and traumatized from eight years of this. But, excuses no matter how true will not save us .

Pass the bill and let the Supreme Court overturn it. Sitting on our hands and letting them be corrupt because of a potential future Constitutional crisis is a just having the crisis now. If the court has the chutzpah to overturn it and declare themselves above the rest of the government and outside the law, then the country will have to deal with that, but better to have them forced to reveal their position than letting time pass while we dither and fret.
Shame on John Robert’s for not keeping the court above board. Perhaps we need to impeach 3 justices, not 2?

Separation of powers is to protect the people from conflicting demands, not to protect one branch from another.

Although the Constitution establishes the Supreme Court, it permits Congress to decide how to organize it

Biden is wrong not to pack this court. It’s not complicated. Add at least three and then work on impeaching the MAGA.
Unfortunately he can’t because he can nominate someone to be on the bench but the senate has the final decision with their votes. The senate is currently overloaded with republicans. They wouldn’t allow it to happen. This is why we must vote for democrats in the house and senate to get control back so that these things can happen.

Every justice that pledged to protect Roe v Wade during their confirmation hearing in Congress and voted against Roe needs to be charged for perjury and removed from the bench.

Both Alito and Thomas should be investigated and if warranted, indicted for tax evasion; they failed to report the lavish gifts they got on their tax returns!
Tax laws are important to know... The donor (giver) pays tax on the gift, not the recipient.
If you disagree with that, contact your congressional representatives. They make the laws.
We need to set up a judicial review board that decides whether a fellow justice at all levels of the federal courts is out of order or corrupt.
Harry is good a giving bad news in a reasoned straightforward way. You don’t feel the pain until after he is done. Someone has to do that! The best anyone could say otherwise is being very disappointed in the Supreme Court, all 9 justices should feel shame.
