India is going to witness the worst phrase rather I may say that law of the land is being violated at every nook and corner by those who don't believe in democracy. Very unfortunately we see people talking law in their own hands and administrative bodies also let these things happen. Politicians are the real culprits because they sow the seeds of lawlessness.

Ur freedom ends where my nose begins.
So if someone has to display PDA then they can go lovers parks or in the region which allows it and if we allow absolute uninterrupted feature of freedom to speech and expression then it may lead to terrorism expansion and violent clashes, even riots happened against NE ppl in b'lore due to fb posts and caused religious, casteist, ethnic clashes in every part of the world.
If someone says, she want to wear clothes as she wants just in the religious/educational/work place or in society compound where kids roam or do kissing and hugging whatever sort of it just in that area where they don't have absolute ownership.
Then how can they be allowed.
If it's a public property, then the owner of space is public and a poll must be conducted to determine what should be done.
Unless it's a place which allows or have neutral views over the matter, then the other party doesn't have any right to intrude into that matter if the act is performed on neutral grounds.
And u said what about parents or siblings doing PDA, will it be criminalised also.
Then madam, I don't want go into it but I know what kind of cousin and other relationship of close relation proximity has happened in this or any other country if not large, then in patches and the society kept quiet.
But apart from this a parent or a sibling needs not to perform PDA in public to prove their affection towards their known one.
Also a husband/wife/bf/gf/partner/friend need not necessarily do it just in that place.
They can avoid it or can do it in their owned place👍
None will stop them in their pvt space.
Also if it's public space and they've a location where they are far from majority, then they can prove their innocence by the argument that they were far from others but people came to them to violate their freedom(just in case of parks not the religious/educational/work or social place)
We need to be logical and practical to find solutions and can't just go against majority each time. It will invite unwanted problems if something can be avoided it must be done
