It's all seem nice if you live there for a short term, you have to think about: Is it safe to raise a family? how about education for your future kid (if u planning to have kid)? how about job prospects? you can't be “happy go lucky” all the time! However, I guessed u can just live there for just a few years to experience the culture.

Cape Town is a great place to live with mountains and beaches close by. Why don’t you guys compromise and stay in HK, SA and other places for a few months out of the year.

10幾年前，100%推薦去南非，但是現在會說，「還是不錯，但你要自己考慮清楚。」😂
GG那房在約堡，由於不是在GOLF ESTATE裡，所以大概只要價15萬美金，開車回家隨時都要擔心會不會被人用槍劫車，或出門上班也要擔心歹徒直接綁架你。有點經濟能力的人一定買在GOLF ESTATE，同型房價就變60萬美金，周末都在球場裡散步休閒，比較貴但跟世界任何其他地方比起來也超划算的，最要是被動收入夠，開普敦仍還是最好最安全，2019還被選為TTA世界旅遊城市第一名。
開普敦如何？
@@mauricegeorge4320 薪水比約堡低50%，房價比約堡高50%，不過開普敦的一些好區治安可媲美西歐不少城市，房價比起來卻便宜很多，不少歐洲人退休都買到開普敦精華區，甚至買個酒莊當土皇帝。要知道，房子大就得請人保養，GIGI那房子花園泳池都要顧，但南非多得是有黑人長工住家裡顧，一個月不用400鎂，歐洲技術工一天就180歐起跳，養起來很吃力的。這是南非的優勢。

南非的生活方式是非常的自由，生活压力也不大，但是治安是很糟糕，特别是对治安的恐惧感让人时刻高度紧张，所以这是很多华人对南非又爱又恨的原因，很多人近年从约堡移居到开普敦，但是商业机会还是约堡多，曾经在南非6年，已经回国10年的我，也很纠结是否未来再去南非，经过朋友的开导，彻底放弃了这个想法了，就待在中国，安全问题是最大的考虑因素。

開普敦店租便宜，開個小吃店，不要過於太難吃，月入6千鎂一定有的。雖不多，但美國學校跟各國領事小孩當同學一個月不到900鎂，有守衛的1200米地的600平米泳池豪宅差不多60萬鎂，高級守衛小區30萬鎂就500平米地300平米透天，奧迪A6入門5萬鎂，開普敦大學世界200大一年只要2500鎂，800個觀光酒莊品嘗紅酒，高爾夫18洞30鎂左右。全世界其他地方很難可以過得更欽松愜意的。非洲也不歧視亞洲人，要提治安，若不算整體平均，開普敦不少白人區治安比歐洲好多了。

我在香港生活多年，一直都住村屋和養狗，有花園有種很多東西，近因照顧母親上了居屋，初時以為沒花園的房子不人性化，但住下來也享受很多好處，例如窗明几淨，不用天天勞心勞力拈花園去水除草，多了很多時間現在開始學一種樂器和太極。其實居屋也有很漂亮的花園，只不過是公用，就在家樓下·
适合有钱且请得起保姆的人住哈哈哈。如果自己维护花园草地得累死。
