I can't wait for you to hear this song and watch the video. We have a lot to give the glory to God for..
The queue to receive is the longest, but alas the one for Thanksgiving is the shortest. I have have laid hands on congregants praying for them, for over an hour if not 2hrs but the Testimony queue is the least joined. Ohh l was worried whether is God not hearing our prayers or not, but then the Holy Spirit pointed out to me something that struck me heavily with the following Scriptures,
"When he found Jesus, he fell down at His feet and thanked Him over and over, saying to Him, “You are the Messiah.” “So where are the other nine?” Jesus asked. “Weren’t there ten who were healed? They all refused to return to give thanks and give glory to God except you, a foreigner from Samaria?”
Luke 17:16‭-‬18
Then l discovered it is generally not in many of us to be greatful. People soon forget those who helped them when their pain, problems or situations are solved. They all cried out to Jesus Christ for healing but nine of them didn't use the same mouth to thank God. The cry for help is the loudest, but the voice of Thanksgiving is the faintest.They walked to the place of healing but couldn't use the same feet to walk back to Jesus for worship.
The asking and receiving service is always bigger than the worship service. In the prayerline service we receive but in the worship service God receives.
I realized that it was easier for the lepers to be united by their common problem but they weren't united in praising Jesus Christ in the manner they were united in asking for healing.
*If you have helped people and they seem to be ungrateful, Don't be worried it's in their nature to be ungrateful. Just Imagine 1 out 10. People can't even wake up and say thank you to God who gives them the breath of life.
*Asking reveals your pain or problems but Thanksgiving reveals your heart!!!
