I love this video. I agree with you on how interesting the property is. I bet there are some things that can be salvaged. What a beautiful garden could be there. So many possibilities. Having a river and trees is priceless. Would love to see more or an update on the purchase, possibly.
The Ford Orion has not had an MOT since 2011. The Defender number plate does not come up on reg checks. So can say at least been abandoned since 2011 I guess.
Hi Chris, for your London project you had a 90k deposit on a 900k+ property, which means that you had a close to 90% LTV when looking at mortgages. You said that each of the buyers had a 1k share of the mortgage, so 3k overall. What type of mortgage was this? Was it interest only? How many years was the mortgage for?
A super car video would of been great. A truly abandoned tiny house plot even better! A tour of the other project would be interesting! The ‘Luck’ isn’t stopping, keep it going Chris!
When you buy a car like that, it is like saying “look at Me’! You sale that car before the warranty is up then you don’t have to pay if something breaks.
Keep them videos coming. It helps me a lot as I am buying my first house and I am planning to do 90% of all work myself. I work in construction so that will come on handy but again its helpful to see your videos and the way you do things. I can tell you that your are not doing bad, keep your spirit up lad
This is amazing, just discovered your videos today. I'm hooked, I always wanted to start a small project like this but got scared of what it might mean as I am not in the domain. You make it sound so simple! What area is this house in and the tiny house, looks like the New Forest area?
Interesting new project! I was wondering what happened with that other cottage you bought before the London property. You posted a video but there wasn't an update.
Yes, interested in learning something potentially useful. Forget about wasting money buying or wasting time boring us with an overpriced and under usable car. That's a no-brainer. Sheeze! Hahahaha!

Would definitely be interested in seeing how you go about acquiring an abandoned building!

It's like my mum always used to say, "everyone deserve a treat sometimes, buy yourself a supercar."
Great bit of land. I was more interested in the two cars TBH. Good luck

Another inspiring chat. Would you restore the SWB Land Rover too?
1000% ! would be mega to restore that! I have never restored a car before so would be really interesting!
