I love this pattern. Your video instructions are easy to follow. Thank you. I started out by using 3 feet of WildFire (.15mm) beading thread, #10 beading needle, and 11/0 beads. I had trouble near the end of the project getting the needle through the beads because the thread had gone through a couple of times. 2 times a bead broke and I had to start over. I bought some #12 beading needles and after making only one ‘arm’ of the snowflake, the needle eye broke. 😢 Then I decided to use polyester thread and the needle and thread went through easily. The snowflake was kind of limp so I went through all of the ‘arms’ again and that tightened it up nicely. I’m using the snowflake in a Christmas mobile ornament. I would like to show you how the snowflake turned out but apparently it’s not allowed.
