I put the condemnation on blood shield that is very worst idea is this game have blood shield skill book?

If that monster have once learned the move then you can use memory feather and teach that move agian.But it will take couple of feather to get

It takes more then 1 feather to get the desired move.
I took like 5 to 7 feather to replace Draco shield with Draco metoer
