That is a Current 750. It is almost identical to the Greenlee 1800. I purchased it from buysgalore on Ebay as a used item. There are many people selling used on Ebay.
That bender will bend RMC or IMC conduit, but emt is the wrong size and will not bend properly. There are other "Chicago' style benders that will bend EMT. The least expensive is the Lidseen 5300 which will bend 1/2", 3/4" and 1" EMT (also 1/2" and 3/4" RMC and IMC) www.chicagobender.com. I brought a 5300 from www.ustoolinc.com for a good price a number of years ago.

Not at the same radius. If you did segmented bend at a much larger radius it is possible, but you would have to do it in 5 degree segments or less.
