- Come celebrate Oktoberfest a little early this year as the Germany buffet returns to Disney's Epcot. Epcot's Biergarten in 2021 offers authentic German cuisine and lively entertainment. The buffet has returned after a brief stint of family style dinner.
Located at the Germany Pavilion in Epcot, this restaurant offers a whole lot!
The house-band Oktoberfest Musikanten provides excellent entertainment while dining. The band performs every hour and is very interactive with the guests.
The service is fantastic, if you happen to get Sharon as your waitress, you're in luck! She is a great Cast Member!
The food was outstanding overall. The pork schnitzel and red wine sauce is fantastic. The Bratwurst was juicy and delicious. I had low expectations for dessert, but it delivered.

I agree, tough to be the full environment here.
We used to love this place we were there many times between the year 2000 and around 2010. We enjoyed many plate loads of German food and watched the show. We're older now those days are over. For $46 I hope you're getting your money's worth. It's almost double than what we used to pay.

Hahahaha The food was so good, needed a lot of trips, but somehow still forgot to get cheese cake. My only regret! Oktoberfest is great. Food was solid, but it’s the entire experience, including band, that really made it. Thanks Ajanaclair!

Great video Connor. I have never fancied this restaurant before, as I am not a huge lover of German cuisine. But that beer and cheese soup sounds interesting!!!
I agree, German cuisine is not for everyone. I loved it! The entertainment was fantastic too!
What you see here has little to do with real German cuisine. Rather, it is about what one would like to pass off as German cuisine.

That’s a great idea. I didn’t have huge expectations. Liked it a few years ago, but didn’t love it. I would go back again easily after this experience. I liked it a lot! Hope you get to go next time!

Maybe its an American made up food. Kinda like how Americans came up w using flower tortillas which are generally made of corn in Mexico.

It looks like in Germany? Unfortunately not, more like you would like people to believe. Well, if you want to believe it...
I don't see typical German food here. In any case, macaroni salad is not one of them, pasta salad is now pretty much extinct in Germany and the potato salad looks terrible to me as a German and the so-called sausage salad is also an audacity, which you can't call a salad anymore.
02:41: The sauerkraut consumption is really impressive. No wonder the US leads the way when it comes to sauerkraut consumption.
03:17: I wouldn't call this sausage a frankfurter sausage. However, since the designation is not protected outside of Germany, you can designate anything elsewhere in the world as you wish. A frankfurter is a thin boiled sausage made from pure pork in a sausage casing made from the intestines of sheep, which is eaten in pairs. In Germany it is known as Wiener, in Austria as Frankfurter. Incidentally, macaroni and cheese has nothing in common with Germany. It's an American dish.
04:28: Fresh pineapple as a German dish. Pineapples do not grow in Germany.
04:38: Bavarian cheesecake? But let's be honest, that's not what cheesecake looks like in Germany, let alone in Bavaria. Whoever created this ought to be flogged.
04:48: Calling this Black Forest cake is one of the reasons I would never go there.
Conclusion: A good idea for Americans, but not a good idea to get an impression of Germany. But it has too little to do with the real Germany and the typical food in this country.
