We reached Belagavi Bus stand 1hour early and eagerly waited for the journey to begin. After a slight delay, the bus made its way to the platform and immediately caught the attention of everyone. This service was recently upgraded from semi sleeper to Ambaari Utsav AC sleeper.
The route is via Belagavi-Kolhapur-Pune-Sangamner-Nashik
Fare: ₹1420/-
We departed approx 15mins late and headed towards the pickup point. It was raining relentlessly throughout the day and the weather was throwing up traffic snarls
After picking up passengers we joined NH4 which is currently under expansion. The entire stretch was riddled with potholes and diversions.
We stopped for Dinner at 10pm after Kolhapur and resumed the journey after 30mins. The road conditions turned from bad to worse resulting in a massive pile up. it took approx 3hours to cover a distance of 40+kms thus resulting in a huge delay of its arrival time in Nashik
We reached Pune at 5AM and further continued towards Nashik. The monsoon effect was clearly seen as the lush green mountain ranges welcomed us as we passed by Sangamner and Sinnar. We were dropped in Nashik by 10:15AM

​@@Vjs_Journeys Volvo 9600 comes with touchscreen infotainment which features Bluetooth connectivity with smartphone.For this facility, GPS/navigation can be seen in that display.But despite having that, drivers don't utilise that feature.Do you know why?

@@pramitghosh6234 bus crew has 3 people all can drive and NWKRTC keeps rotating drivers to various destination all the drivers are experienced over decade so they know the route. I once travelled from Aurangabad to Bellary in Karnataka sarige only conductor knew the route as 2 drivers were new so conductor guided them en route
