I received this book when I was in my mid to late 20's when I was at rock bottom and I followed this vital information over the years to heal myself from past pains and traumatic relationships. Now as a woman of 46 years old I still go back to my roots to reflect and remember and pay homage to my elders, ancestors and contemporaries. Two years ago this book appeared on my Amazon recommendations, there’s a TH-camr that I follow that recommended it. But the fear kept me away from it (I was raised Christian), but today something in my spirit kept mentioning this book so I decided to do some research. I think it’s time for me to finally read it! Black and raised Christian as well. I must say I'm ready to give this a go. It was recommended in my early 20's, now in my late twenties I'm happy to see others with similar concerns but willing to step outside of how they were raised for the sake of growth! All the best on your path Queen!

I purchased your book Heal Thyself first, I want to say in 2016? After which brought me to your book Sacred Woman! I love it and it immediately began to change my life, I don't even want to say how long I have had to stay in one Gateway at a time, I needed work! But it has been so positive in every aspect of my life, educationally, mentally, physically and ritualistically for the better! I still use it monthly. It is like a Bible to me. I've started this book two or three times just due to falling out of routines and getting into new ones. This past time i started reading and taking notes i was feeling more fulfilled with the book and on a grind i was in absolute awe in what i was doing for myself and how i was feeling! Thenn i happened to land a new job that does not allow me to practice between 4am-6am as i start working at 3am.
I haven't picked up the book since adjusting to this schedule but considering how much it helped me grow and process things that were going on i may have to start looking for another line of work😅cuz i need the order and feeling of balance back in my life.
Either way I'm really excited for when i do pick up the book again, theres something about it that draws you to it.
