Wow I been watching D2 PVP for soon long that your the 4th person I seen use a "max stat" weapon. Hammer forged with fared well and a reload MW. Throw killing wind and 4x encore makes it a mixed out HC.
The sacrifice of handling is too much. Don’t use the perk if you’re not a skilled player. Its hitbox is good without that perk. Use anything else but that trait 😂 Literally I have a LFG guy who raged about it not completely taking out a titan who had 3 resil & was easily clapping him with a blue rarity kinetic auto rifle 😂 those are rare to see blueberries use nowadays. Aim for 50+ handling & slap on a quick access sling Mod. Your welcome.
