First, you can workout naturally and achieve great results, but you will reach a much lower natural limit. Gear extends that limit well beyond what is natural. Second, caffeine is great, and not the monster people make it out to be. The problem comes when you consume too much, or too frequently. You just have to remember not to abuse it (same as anything else), and take it early in the day. Caffeine takes about 8 hours to clear you system, or it will interfere with a restful sleep.

Hello everyone! I share my experience consuming beet juice before training. I applied it during a deficit period, and even with that I was able to increase my loads (up to 1.3x) without losing technique. I have seen an improvement in the tone of my lower body. I highly recommend it. Important point, wait an hour and a half or two to brush your teeth because I understand that the bacteria in the mouth helps obtain nitric oxide.
Pre workouts tend to have a lot of fillers and toxic ingredients like red-40. I love the Pump and started researching the different compounds I have seen in pre workout and this is what I am testing right now. I read an article that recommended body builders add milk to their diet. Claimed it was good to help recover from a workout, and that one of the Proteins in milk was Casein (not sure if I spelled it right) which the article said was slow enough that the body would absorb it throughout the night if you drink a glass before bed. I'm not a bodybuilder and I just started working out some. But sense I like the taste of milk I'm thinking about drinking a glass before bed and hope it helps me. I also need to work on consistency though. I feel like just what little I'm doing is helping me recover some strength I lost after an unexpected health issue that put me in the Hospital for a few days. So if I can get more consistent I think I can make improvements despite using mostly dumbbells and BW squats.
