Thank you for these videos! Quick question the title says it's a 2:42pm test but the dashcam time is around 1pm, why is that?

Got a test at borehamwood soon aswell at around same time. In general is early afternoon usually the calmer or hectic time?

That time is calm at the start then after 3pm its school rush hour so usually they dont go too far out of Borehamwood.
