playstation mini usb controller no work ( i need help )

nao e possivel reconhecer o controle reconecte o controle a porta do controle 1
It is not possible to recognize or control reconnect or control a control port 1
eu testei 2 controle originais, nenhum funciono.
i tested 2 original controls, none work.
