Can you imagine, you are kicking back with your friends and having a few brews, then you receive a telephone call, that your sister has died, leaving behind two kids. Instead of saying no, you leave the life you know, move across country to look after the children…. You have to start all over again, and at the same time you have become a dad/ guardian, you have all the extra things you have to work out, schooling, clothing. Etc.

So sad about what happened to the mom, but so happy about them all getting a beautiful home. My twin sister and I were only 2, we got separated from our family and each other. We got to see each other once a year. Were 55 now and live in nv. I am so close to her. At 32 I found our dad and brother. Then after a year we got to meet the rest of our family.
Their uncle stepped up and became a father and gave his niece and Nephew a home where they can grieve the loss of their mother so very happy they are getting new home well Deserved family
These make over shows were the best shows of all. Emotions, humor, wonderful people, funny helpers and team, beautiful homes. Such a pity, that it stopped.

It’s really an amazing and selfless thing to do for a person who stepped up to help his Neice and Nephew. Then there’s what happens after the cameras are gone……Eric Hebert lost the home due to taxes, utilities and loans against the house, after losing his job. First 250k loan and then 360k loan and he couldn’t keep up the payments. He tried to sell the home but the housing market collapsed and the bank foreclosed on the house. It is said Eric moved back to Montana with the twins and from there no one knows anything about what the future held for them.

He should've received a social security check for each one based on the salary of his sister, until they were 18.
