Old-school SCREW!!! The usual disclaimer: I do not own or am in anyway associated with SCREW or its members. They belong to PSC. Although I'm pretty sure this was pre-PSC for them.
Oooh, early SCREW! Before PSC got hold of them, even - it has the logo of some indie label at the end instead of the Mark of the Beast! First time ever seeing this era of the band, since I just became a fan.(Well, I'd listened to their music casually for awhile, but just recently became OBSESSED.) Nice to know they were amazing right from the start!
People don't seem to notice that this band came out in the height of Dir en Greys time, do you think they don't knwo who they are? do you think they haven't heard there music? Of course they were probably an inspiration, but what isn't? They're within a related genre, there's only a certain amount of realistic individuality to be expected.
I just listened to Dir En Grey and then SCREW. And I think both singers sound alike. I wouldn't be surprised it they had the same singer for both bands cause they look alike too. But that's just my opinion. I just found out about SCREW yesterday.
I think it's like only the third time I listened to this song and Screw is one of my absolute favorite bands... I didn't like this song back than when i heard it the first time, 4 years ago, but now I decided to listen to it again and it actually a pretty cool song :) And only now I noticed that it was even before Manabu was In the band...
I've never watched Screw before, this is the first video i've seen of them. I was just surprised of how much he looked like Ruki. I like their songs, i didn't mean to offend anyone. Sorry.
No reason to call someone stupid and be mean. Thinking you know everything and acting like that is horrible. No matter what your view there are bands who call themselves visual kei and bands who call themselves jrock. It doesn't mean they aren't both, but they are often used as descriptions and no reason to rip peoples heads off for trying to categorize them as such. Grow up people and enjoy the gosh darn music
first time i have heard if this band, and the first video from them i just watched. freaking amazing. sexy. hot. AWESOME!!!!!!! they are my new favorite besides Exist Trace
Visual Kei is an IMAGE, fashion and not a genre! most or i think all visual kei are rock bands but not all rock bands are visual kei. I think this fashion is called neo-visualism (a version of visual kei, I've seen MIYAVI used this term) coz even we can have their looks, that's why a lot of them look alike, and for SCREW and Gazette... do note that they are both from PS company, get it!? Now the real visual kei are those who really have costumes like Maliz Micer, Versailles etc.
You're too late, you can still enjoy their amazing earlier works, but anything beyond ancient rain is on your own risk. They've become a true generic.....!? band.
Well actually Visual Kei is like a sub under J-rock, while J-rock doesn't always mean Visual Kei. And some people would argue whether Visual Kei is an actual genre or just a style.
As soon as I seen Manabu on the staricase...my exact words were "Work that staricase gurrrll" I think I've been hanging out with my friends too much..Im starting to talk like Tia >
let's see some GazettE song are really powerful (enhance by Ruki~sama's singing)... cocklobin, dir en grey, X Japan, Exist Trace, Girugamesh... etc etc... those are just the Japanese...
"have a nice day" isn't an ending statement and yea... you sure proved your "maturity" by censoring your cussing at someone who didn't even cuss at you if ending an internet debate like a temper tantrum and trolling is maturity, go for it dude.

Just yes.
J'adore ce groupe

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS fucking awesome you know i love this album version but i adore the single version toooooo
reminds me of young dir en grey :P well...a less scary young dir en grey o.o
their lead singer even acts a bit like kyo XD
Amateur Hour to me it's like Dir en Grey and The GazettE mixed together is2g
00:53 he looks like hes having a caesar O_O
Fucking hawt. This song is amazing.
eu sou a unica brasileira que curte essa banda ?
daphinny amorim wait are you saying this band is Brazilian? .-. if you are, this band is japanese
Grace Krusling she asked if is the only brazilian who likes this band.
Thyago Kaliban ooohhh i shouldn't rely on google translate. i'm sorry. I misunderstood
nooop, eu também
Única não, mas é das poucas
They seem unique
let's see some GazettE song are really powerful (enhance by Ruki~sama's singing)... cocklobin, dir en grey, X Japan, Exist Trace, Girugamesh... etc etc... those are just the Japanese...
the singer looks badass
Gee thanks, now i keep on hearing 'I don't know South Park' xD
I've never heard of this band before. I like this video though.
ugh.. why does the gazette have to compared to every other vk band
I love the parts when Byou lick his arm *-* I know I'm weird
no one can headbang and manage to keep the hairstyle like visual-kei bands... No one....
I got "this pot is completed."
Me encantaban ;-;
i like the old stuff more
to me it sounds like this "party is suddenly dead"
which part?
I hope you realsie VK isn't a genre? Regardless of wether it is heavy Vk or not; it doesn;t discoutn ti from being J-rock: rock music from Japan
I'm in love with the Gazette, L'Arc~en~ciel, Gackt, and Versailles. also with Miyavi~sama...
I wonder what his childhood was like....-3-
i always heard "this party sucks really hard!" at 2:07-2:21
That hook was it and then he's all licking himself. xDD
@millliArschgesicht XD I don't know south park :3 I never noticed that!
He has Marlyn Manson's eyes O_o lol oh and i love this i want this song on my i pod and i want it NOW!!!
"This blood is complimentary" ?
2:06 & a few other times.
ik hou van jou :-*
Am I the only one that found the sound at 3:04 the seexiest sound ever?!
