I have been excitedly waiting for you to reach this episode for months. This was the 1st episode of TTS I ever stumbled across and it turned me into an instant fan. Even without any knowledge of the previous episodes I still loved it, and it only got better when I watched the rest of the series.
I remember hearing about Cipher in the Borealum Audio story on DVD, where he helps a group of Guardsmen against Cultists, in exchange for their silence
14:25 I believe a fabricator general is in charge of a forge world, but the Martian fabricator general being THE fabricator general of holy Mars then he’s pretty much the top dog of the mechanicus in spirituality, while also being a high lord of terra.
Generally the example given is the Imperium is like the western catholic church with a single figurehead pope with a synod of archbishops below him (ecchlisiarch and bishops), and the mechanicus is like the Eastern Orthodox church with many patriarchs, but has a de facto most i fluential chair in Constantinople (see mars)
I recommend you check out The Mistakes of the Emperor series, from the channel Old Man Reacts. Goes over each primarch and how the emperor failed them.
I'd suggest doing the next 2-3 voxcasts before the next episode, the voxhailer (I think that's how you say it?) Boy has a part in it. Edit: sorry if this comment is misspelled or the comment is too demanding I have not slept in a while)
the fabricator general is the very tippytop of the mechanicus pyramid of hierarchy :) another comment on another video pointed out, "It says something that this series started with Big E complaining about the Imperium's current state and then we had a Techno Rock Space Opera." and i love every moment of it.
am i the only one to notice that Cawl's voices are a reference to fallout 1's Master. but if the Master actually was able to tell his voices apart while holding an aggressive hatred to his woman's voice?
Hey! I haven't checked if these have been suggested before, but I'd like you to check Stringstorms warhammer music. He made the intro music to TTS and has full songs that are very lore heavy and interesting. My personal favourited are Atrocity (about Istvan III), Rylalanor's Last Stand (rock opera about a loyal Emperor's Children dreadnaught), HMKIDS - Death of Horus (cover, subject obvious) and Pretty Marines Song (interesting take on a meme chapter). Hope you have time/interest to check some of these out or his other songs, love your videos!

14:07. Farbricator General of Mars is the highest rank in the Adeptus Mechanicus. In canon, Cawl wants that post, but Guilliman is having none of it.
Not Cawl, mini Cawl - the AI of it - to be exact.
Yes, but that would erupt another civil war and the Imperium could not afford losing the gigantic factorums... A very delicate predicament
