Show the back butter every time to drive the point. Burn in wall trowel wall , burn in tile, set, I like the spacer techniques if you use u spacers. You are showing how the industry should work. Great job!

No you need spacer at the bottom..... If that pan moves..... So will the tile.... May pop off or crack

Do you align the cement backerboard with the shower pan lip? so when you tile you can lower it down a little to close the gap ?

Es cinta normal con la que empápelas las ventanas para cuando pintas y no afecta el tile carnal Ese agarra bien y se despega devolada ✌🏾

The orange backer he has on is the waterproofing. You can also use cement board & redguard.

What was the material you used for the bench and the ledge?
It looked like ENGINEERED STONE RECTANGLE SHOWER BENCH. Available at Floor and Decor in the US. I slowed the video down to 0.25x speed. There was a label on the stone visible when he was cutting it.

What are you using to keep the laser level?
It's self leveling. As long as whatever it's attached to or sitting on is within about 4° of horizontal, it will self level.
Which brand is this level that you use against the wall to make all tile flat? (Blue and gray)

How much would you charge for a 200SF tile job with this exact tile?
I would calculate using the hourly wage you need and add in at least 1/3 extra time plus overhead (Depreciating equipment, Insurance, Ofc, Staff & business reps like Tax/Accountant/Lawyer for mechanical liens). If your just starting out this will be lower of course, like writing your business name # in shoe polish on your truck window startup. Always always do an LLC to limit damages lawyers can’t protect you from. To err is human, but lets not die in the process ✌️

Ceramic tile. Looks like it had been soaked in a bucket.. let the professional, do the job
