I actually did and on disk circular queue for order request, one feature of the queue is that it would be impervious to machine failure, if the computer were to arbitrarily reboot. I did this by ensuring that the queue was a fixed size, and the file allocation tables of the queue file was updated and did not require any writing of cache information.

Why to use S3, as we have Persistent Queue where data is kept for many days and as a part of DLQ Consumer we can trigger mail from Consumer 2 ?
