- Hello Dosto is video me maine pressure gauge ka calibration karke dikhaya hai. Pressure comparator/pressure calibrator ka use krke kaise hum pressure gauge ki needle ko adjust karte h and alag alag points par check karte hain or agar error ho to kaise hum pressure gauge ka needle set karte hain. ummid hai aapko video pasand aayegi.

भाईसाहब calibration करते वक्त हमेशा test instrument को set किया जाता है , और master instrument पर error को पढा जाता है ,
जब test instrument का output electrical form में होता है सिर्फ तब master instrument को set value पर set करते हैं

Hello sir ; why you have skipped the most important part -how to adjust span of a pressure gauge?
what if zero in PG is okay but when we apply pressure we have pressure difference at different points for example.
i applied 100 psi PG shows 100 psi, i applied 200 psi, PG shows 220 psi, i applied 300 psi and PG shows me 400 psi at the stage of 800psi PG shows me 1000 psi.
i am suffering the same issue and opened gauges and start setting by the adjusting spring screws and tried alot but can't get the accuracy sometimes zero adjustment malfunction or some time failed to achive accuracy on all points.
kindly share if you have some specific knowledge about it. gauge type is ITECH pressure gauge limit 1000 psi
