I don't like the belt on the shoulder thing. He doesn't need it. I look forward to what he has to say, but not because he's a jock. Because I like his take on things. To me it would be like a journalist putting a Pulitzer Prize on their shoulder.
Greg's great comedy comes from being over the top and outrageous, but what makes him so good, is that he can tone it down when the subject matter gets real serious. It's a balance that most TV hosts have a hard time juggling, he does it with ease.
