I believe I have a "clean pump" error due to the drain hose being too kinky - we've just fixed it to a Y splitter on the standpipe as we're in the middle of fitting a utility and it's too much of a coincidence. However, for anyone who has the AWO/R 5206 Whirlpool: my reset button worked by holding the button down for a few seconds!

Thank you!!! Edit: From what I can see in the manual, the self test doesn't really test anything and fixes it by itself, but a technician should during the test check that everything is alright as the tests are in action. But I guess it gets the machine to stop showing the red light :)

Hi , wonder if you can advise. The rotor arm inside filter isn't spinning freely. I'm assuming I need a replacement filter but I can't find part no. I've checked several websites but non give a code for this model. AWO/D 4505. Any help would be awesome Thanks
I have the same machine but lately it’s acting up. I use only the fast wash on 30°. The end of the wash will completely finish. Drain and Spin repeats itself. Help!!

I got same washing machine and my stop working after fill water on beginning of washing program.. Even I try use only test mode somtimes work after long day off. Then stop working test mode and stuck on rising and spining and give red light.
I cleaned the filter, but it still wouldn't drain. I cleaned the drain hose, worked for 2 empty cycles on rinse and 1 regular quick cycle then on the next one it stopped draining again. Removed even the black rubber pipe, cleaned it and removed the float ball but it still won't drain. The pump does seem to work and spin if I take out the filter and run a dry drain cycle. But the filter does not seem damaged or missing anything. Does anyone have any idea what the fault could be?

I was able to run the diagnostic, and I have found many sites that tell what error codes mean what, but I have not been able to find any site or manual that tells me how to interpret the lights to determine what the actual error code is. Do you have a cheat sheet or can you tell me? Thank you!

I get the red pump clean every wash now and there is nothing in the filter its clean as a bell. I have to put the mashine on bricks so i can empty it through the filter. Far too sensitive and a complete pain. This happens no matter how high or low the drainage pipe is. As a company goes what with the driers catching fire they dont seem to be as reliable as i thought!!

Drain + 4x reset just lights all lights red for me and after few seconds they go out and service light is on.

Put the machine flat on it's back, remove the pump and pipe work and clean the black rubber pipe with the ball float,
