I used some comet cleanser with bleach mixed with dawn detergent and a stiff brush to clean some white vinyl seats on an 1989 EZG cart, it worked good.
Those sahara tires are great, I have them on a 1989 EZGO electric cart with a 2" lift kit and 18x950x8 inch standard wheels, they have excellent traction, last for years and seldom get flats.
The cleaning solution you suggested in the opening is definitely a go to! The only other thing l would use prior to that is hit it with a scrub brush and some comet or ajax.
Got the same looking kit. Did the back. Real easy. Tuned in here to watch the front install to see how everything comes apart. Wish you would have taped it. Bummer... Good job on the back though.
Sorry about that! The front is fairly easy too. The knuckles/spindles and steering will need to be separated from the main crossbar that mounts to the leaf springs. Unbolt the tie-rod ends on each side where they attach to the knuckles and the knuckles have a solid bolt that goes all the way through. You will need to unbolt those and keep up with how the washers and bushings were placed. Crossbar has 4 bolts with nuts on each leaf spring with a plate on top. Hope this helps!
I was wondering the same thing. Why didn't he record the very reason to be watching a DIY video for upgrading my cart? His written explanation isn't nearly as helpful as a video, IMHO.
You can run CarryAll front springs as they are longer and that will set the axle forward. I worked as a cart builder for many years and worked in many electric and gas marathon carts.

Sounds like a good mix! I’ll have to give it a shot

Nice! Thanks for the info!!
Pretty awesome too!!
Looks good!
With the wheel clearance try ajusting the toe and camber on your tierods
Are you sure that front axle isn't on backwards? It seems to me that in order to get caster,, the axle ends should be angled towards the rear.
It only fits one way. I tried it the other way but the leaf spring perches don’t line up
Great video! Do you have an Amazon link for the windshield?
Thanks! Here you go! a.co/d/e1vm4xl
