There's a lot to learn about planet Venus! For example, did you know that it's the second-closest planet to the sun? Or that its atmosphere is made up of carbon dioxide and sulfuric acid? And did you know that the surface of Venus is incredibly hot, with temperatures reaching up to 462 degrees Celsius?
Clearly, there's a lot to learn about Venus. But why should we bother? Well, for one thing, understanding Venus can help us understand Earth. After all, both planets are similar in size and composition. Additionally, studying Venus can help us figure out how to protect our own planet from the intense heat and radiation of the sun.
