You as the artist, would have to get those cleared with the owners of the sample, singers, songwriters, label.
Yea it can be expensive.
2 options:
A) put it out for free, no monetization , and you can’t get sued
B) put it out for profit, cross your fingers, and if it does blow up/go viral, expect a call from a lawyer:either a C&D or they’re going to want a big chunk (if not all) of what you made off the song.
