Rated wasn't mad at whippy, he was confused why air1 called him out when he changed (he had a black hoodie and mask before).
Its understandable for a crim to get triggered when cops try to get them to put their hands up (to cuff them) without telling them the reason why & after they get cuffed, they almost never know the reason why the crim got cuffed

The whole of PD on Nopixel is built upon ignoring the "Fruit of the poisonous tree" law. Nobody cares on Nopixel, they just arrest and make up charges along the way.

Actually CROC was given the wrong info by other cop. The other cop never saw RANDY at the crime scene . Randy was masked & was in a different outfit. The cop voice id him. He changed the outfit & due to voice id they caught him . They have no proof
I think you are confusing reasonable suspicion and probable cause.

@@AbdullahKhan-my1pz Voice ID doesn't hold up in court, so they can't arrest based off it. Cops knew it was randy when they shouldn't have and played with that in mind. Randy gets fucked and croc is the one there to take the brunt of it.

I was watching Byson stream and the call over Air-1 was that a man in a queens guard outfit was on top of a bus. Air1 didn’t say Randy Bullet. Croc drove over there and ID Randy by his ped.

What this comes down to is 2 experienced role players knowing the situation being weird and moving on. Whippy and Rated trust each other and they simply know when RP isn't authentic and they both move on

Well they voice id'd him earliercin sifferend ourfit I think, which is ok they can do that. Problem comes with him chanching outfits and then being spotted from air1 that obviously cannot hear him but just sees him with a different outfit.

@@Mulletmans cops are allowed to voice id crims and crims cannot voice id because it would ruin gang wars and make them ratty. Cops voice id literally all the time and they actually are allowed to, only minimal group of them goes easy with it. Many times cops even voice id even when crim is making a mock voice to exactly not getting voice id'd and then cops shouldn't.
Not siding with cops but clearly you only saw one POV and I was watching Rated as well. I don’t even watch cops but I jumped to their POV during and they didn’t. They got told that information and went from that. Cops were completely right and handled it right. He got voice ID somehow idk who from and then A1 called him out and passed that info on to the cops so that’s why this happened. I don’t even know if they seen him change so that one’s weird.

As a follower of Rated i think he let his emotions get the best of him and Whippy caught the brunt of it unfortunately. But somebody messed up this situation that resulted in an interaction like this. Hate to see it happen between the 2 of them but it's not personal "it's just a game..."

i just feel like the person that make these calls should be the people to arrest and go through the entire investigation instead of having others do your work because of this situation
Whippy understands the fine line between RP and Streaming. And he is the sole definition of respecting that line. That's why he uncuffed Randy aka Rated Epicz. Because Rated was role-playing as his criminal character Randy Bullet. And there was no way for anyone to have known that was him in that vehicle esp Air One (helicopter). So Whippy understood someone Meta-Gamed. Letting Randy Bullet go was the only fair play here and Whippy saw to that. And that was very good of him to be honest. Again, it's just a game. And he wants everyone to enjoy their time role-playing.
Tbh he was probably just mad at all cops from the start of the day being sent for 207 months this just topped it off

With how a good majority of cops act in the server I’m surprised that crims have stayed around and not left for other servers like Ramee did for a bit. It’s getting to the point where it genuinely doesn’t look like members of CG enjoy the server anymore. And with people like Penta being brought back it shows how little care is being put towards making the server an enjoyable experience. It’s no longer a game anymore, it’s a business, and when was the last time a business cared about the people working for it? I hope that soon some of the more popular gangs end up taking a break from NoPixel and trying another server for a while. With CG alone leaving it would cripple NoPixel’s popularity and maybe convince Koil and the other devs to make some serious changes
Koil doesn't give a fuck about NoPixel.. Devs only care about their specific thing and admins are all cops... Problem is they added a bunch of shit that wasn't needed and took away the RP aspect of the server, then the mass hiring of people to the PD without training them properly or realising that 80% of them can't actually RP... The problem is a deep rooted one and at this point it's unfixable, not even 4.0 will save NoPixel as it will be the exact same people playing.
@@penelope4702 Trust me, it's purely the second reason. There are 10s of server better than Nopixel, at least in management. I agree that Nopixel devs and technical features are unique and amazing. It's a shame such good devs are wasted on such a bad server as Nopixel, truly.

Rated wasn’t mad at Whippy & I never side with cops but the cops here didn’t do anything they just went off the information they got. So what I’ve gathered so far. Somehow Randy got voice ID and A1 called him out and recognised him because they knew it was Randy. How did they know that though after the change.. Did they see him change or was it this outfit he wears a lot? Or was it because he was speaking and they knew who from the ID? I know they are aloud to voice ID I get that. Feel like that needs to be explained. Respect to Whippy for keeping a positive chat and energy. I felt for Rated cause he had a shit day prior. As Whippy said as well everyone just gets fed up.

In part I get the frustration that he was identified but that was just bad on Randy's part. Like the situation with Byson was that while Byson was going to cuff Randy as he was running it got buggy and it teleported him back to Byson. Byson specifically asked Randy if it was scuffed for him so that if it was he would let him go and Randy told him it was fine. Asking to be let go after that and giving hate to Byson is not a good look. Its a situation of two wrongs don't make a right.
i also get rated's frustrtion, as this is not a once off incident with the cops in how they ID people and go about things. imo it feels like the crims want to RP and the cops want to RP but are forced to work a job. So when it keep happening over and over it gets to a breaking point, i think it used to be hell week and imo hell week was good, was able to let frustation of IC stuff out, but they stopped it.

@@MrVish6666 Yeah it's called being human, the only other group that's even close to targeted as much as them is GG, but they don't have years prior of it happening and haven't hit their boiling point yet honestly. Even when they try to do their own thing and aren't doing crime the cops come and try to fuck with them sometimes, just a couple days ago Randy found Pred, Peach, and I forget who the third was pissing on their mural. Don't get me wrong, Rated is 100% in the wrong here for f8 quitting, but anyone who says they haven't gotten so frustrated with something at a point they did something they knew was wrong is full of shit. It's like Mehdi says, some of these guys in the PD forget that it's not a real job.

I got into GTA RP years ago by stumbling upon RatedEpicz's twitch & I watched him & Buddha for ages. Then I would watch CG, CB, a few cops & civ characters. As CG became more & more negative _- both in & out of character -_ I phased out watching them as it would rub off on my mood & sometimes completely ruin how I was feeling.
*However.* It must be *_so damn_* frustrating when something like this _- or the times Ramee or Rated have tried at the hospital -_ happens.
I'm trying to put myself in their shoes & imagine how annoyed they must be when they're doing everything they should _(changing clothes, vehicle etc)_ yet they're still instantly, miraculously known once on scene. *This doesn't happen to anyone else* I've watched, or still watch.
I still won't watch Rated, Ramee or Kebun stream as they are too negative & that creates a toxic community. Which is a shame, as I used to genuinely enjoy my time in their communities. _(I followed them from twitch to FB even Sadge.)_ but *this stuff happening, is just not fair to them* & needs to be addressed by NoPixel staff.
I actually have recently been feeling the same thing actually, they're still my favorite content to watch in Nopixel but I just switch streams when the mald comes out. I think it's a culmination though of poor roleplay from police (not all police just the majority of them) that has soured them this much. I actually can't wait for the day that Koil comes through with his whole "cleaning up the police force" thing, because I legit think there's zero excuse to mald if you're arrested with someone with a personality like say Tinker for example. He tends to make getting arrested still an interaction, crims can still walk away enjoying the experience and I think that's what Nopixel is missing right now from most officers.

lets be honest, an overwhelming majority of problems on the server stem from nopixel's cops. they are genuinely the common denominator of most shitty situations that wind up with someone genuinely annoyed or upset OOC.
you'd think admins would be trying to get this under control rather than constantly adding fuel to the fire and making things even worse/further dividing the server.
the solution isnt to get all crims to rage quit and never play the server again which is what seems like the case these days with admins and cops vs the entirety of the rest of the server. the solution is balance.
you cant be handing out consequences to crims constantly but never handing any to cops and if cops do get consequences its literally a slap on the wrist in comparison to perma bans, hours and hours and hours a week in jail. forcing situations, calling out people they never actually saw, lying to get warrants, the lack of communication causing crims to go to jail for hours due to botched police work.
the list can go on and on and on for daaaaaays, this is just the recent within the last month bullshit. yet the server, admins and people in character like the mayor and even out of character like the devs developing new things for the PD constantly like the rockets, the emp gun, the supercar CVPI's and chargers, the 9$ guns, the 4$ armor, the unlimited arsenal of PD weapons and vehicles.. the PD jets.. like come on.. how much more unrealistic is ROLEPLAYING going to get???????

yet a crim gets shot by a cop and it more often than not results in a real life hour or more of jail time. admins want everyone to have fun and enjoy the server???? MAKE IT EVEN.

@@TkdPunker I think a unique outfit such as the queens royal guard being seen leaving little Seoul and know to be an outfit of randy bullet is pretty fair for being suspicious and wanting to detain tbh, same thing as if any other person chose there most unique ped that only they have and chose it as there disguise, kinda set yourself up for failure

So without knowledge prior to this video, if croc was told its randy and cuffed randy he is in the right. If whoever ID. Randy didn't find out who it was in a legitimate way, even if that way is he or someone in his group said his name. Then yes whoever ID. Him is wrong and should have points against them.
My assumption is just that, whoever ID didnt get it legitimately, randy switch to an outfit that doesn't "hide" who he is, Croc gets screwed by getting told knowledge he doesn't know that they shouldn't have. Situation gets cleaned.

I'll be honest he has his moments but he's not always a great cop character but I think thats the most human way to act in rp so technically he is the most human and not as robotic
@@noblemoss921 he is pretty aggressive, but he also tries to make sure people have fun and even apologizes to people if they dont have fun.
For all his screaming and the overall volume he really quickly feels bad for lots of people in lots of situations.
He regulary gets out of his comfort zone playing croc and dundee, thats what roleplay is about.
@@ArgelTal_ I think at times he does care about if the other side is enjoying the interaction but it's definitely not all the time. I remember him causing a Little Seoul shootout when the arcade came out because he wanted to impound one of their cars which had a class 2 in it for a parking violation. They tried their hardest to make it not happen but he wouldn't hear anything, and it turned into a 2 hour shootout and even the PD was pissed at him about it. So he definitely has moments of being awesome but he also has moments of try harding for no good reason (and I also watch Whippy quite a bit, I just think sometimes the stuff Croc does are the same things that he complains about cops doing on Dundee).

When he was masked in the beginning he self snitched his ID by talking with crystal about a previous interaction they had. When he was on the bus he was wearing obvious clothes and had NO mask. It wasn't just voice.

Regardless of the validity of the initial information, Croc acted within the lines of the law. If it went to trial, Randy probably would have won if they asked the person who identified him how he was identified.

It's how it happened that he's right to get mad about, you shoot at cops then get arrested is fair enough but it's when you have changed clothes or you're doing something else and they arrest you is when you're right to be mad about it

Also they shouldn't have been looking for randy to begin with since they shouldn't have known it was him who did anything.
The fact that they know it's randy, or that there is reasonable suspicion that it is randy on the buss with that outfit is reason enough to stop him and check, that's fair.
But to look for him to begin with wasn't. As far as we are aware. The cop who made that call has to say what his reasoning was for me to comment on that fully.
@@GLUFSAREN the thing is they didn’t swoop in to arrest him immediately off the voice I’d, they say a guy hanging around the cubby that they suspected was involved but not enough evidence to detain so they circled him for a bit, then he changed and tried to get out via bus and now they have a suspect who they believe has changed outfits fleeing by standing on a bus, that seems like they have enough to at least detain if he is that suspicious.
