2014 Renault scenic 1.5dci cylinder 1 injector control circuit (misfire)

this car came into me with an engine misfire. plugged the launch euro tab 3 and quickly diagnosed cylinder 1 which was where the misfire was at, and if you didn't know on Renault engines cylinder 1 is closest to the flywheel.
I also used the launch sensor box to check the resistance on the injector and because it had cooled down the injector was reading near as dam it perfect. but a little bit of experience and knowledge I ordered a new VDO injector and coded it back into the car. all fault codes were erased and after a good test drive the car was running on all 4 cylinders..

Haha that banging noise when you turned it over and somebody was using a hummer at the same time always scares me 😂😂

watch that sealey light you got...drop the bloody thing and the bottom of it snaps off...great light but the build quality is shocking...broke 2 now

Thanks. Why these injectors fail in the piezoelectric sensor? Are of low quality ? What we can do to avoid failure? I had two failed injectors in six months at only 21,000 km 😢

OK replaced by better quality brand injectors and my car flies again but my pocket hurt

So it’s counting from right to left the order of the number of the injectors? Mine in is number 2 faulty

It varies as with any part, some places you can pay up to £300, but generally your looking around £60
