Sir practically if house Wiring is as per standard there shouldn't be any issue . But to avoid any penalty from electricity department you have to get your load extended upto 8kw.
My connected load is 8kw . Incase your load is less you can get the installation done but needs to increase lateron. Only thing is that you have to switch off your other power loads like ac ,geysers .....

I have a separate earthing connection done for my solar system which has been done recently. Can I use that earthing and connect the wire from there and provide the earthing? Also, what should be the earthing cable sq mm. I was told it should be a minimum 6 sq mm. Is that the same in your case?
First all you should not use solar earthing at all to avoid and lighting effect on your car circuits during thunderstorm. Always use separate earthing for car. Size of cable depends on the length and type of earthing. Generally 6 to 10mm copper is enough.

There must be some provision for cooling the charger circuit because if its switched off directly because of hot circuit the charger may get damaged in short period Am i correct ?? Or wrong
If you power off directly charger assume power cut and if you turn on the power again provided gun not removed charging will start automatically.. Correct method is to touch the same RFID again and it will terminate the charging session..
