STEMI: Culprit or Non-Culprit Vessel First?

A common dilemma when dealing with a STEMI is whether to go directly for the culprit vessel, or shoot the non-culprit vessel first as is commonly done. We discuss a case where, in hindsight, doing the culprit vessel first might have been helpful. We also review the literature.
