@mrsacos I think they both need to realize what they have and have a long heart to heart talk communication is always the best thing in any relationship I can picture him inviting her to dinner or on a date and them getting some quality time to just sort things out , speak honestly and from the heart, to decide if theirs really something there , I believe there is! But that's just my humble opinion I just hope the writers get this right this season !!
I think Elizabeth feels free apart now that she has broken me engagement nicely to Lucas I know now she realizes that her heart, though a piece of it belongs still to Jack, her husband, her husband her heart also belongs to Nathan. She is coming to peace within herself hopefully early early in season 11 she will bring that out to Nathan, that will be a love story ever told 0:926 am 01/21/24
There is an interview with Erin Krakow after the season finale. She "gives away" without really saying it that it's going to be elizabeth and nathan. She said we will know what's up with lucus the first episode of 11, and as far as nathan and her it will be a bit more slow but a Def road to romance for them. Can't wait for season 11! Lucas was very occupied with his political career opportunity and even tho I have a feeling he won’t win, he’s gonna go off on his own and do great things! I really liked him in S10! I have been watching season 6 and now season 7 again I truly believe Elizabeth and Nathan had to wait because Elizabeth is Allies teacher and Nathan's à parent. In à year or two Allie will be going to Collage so there will be no conflict of interest. Elizabeth had to be with Lucus first to realize Lucus may seem like Jack outgoing makes lots of friends easly as well as charming all of Jack's positive quilties. Has money to buy Elizabeth gifts and take her away on trips but Lucus locked honesty and deep emotional support which is Nathan's strength Nathan was like Jack strong slient dépendable honesty mounty. I have also really struggled with how the writers have made Nathan a sad lost loner pinning for Elizabeth ? An emotional victim at times no wonder most people liked Lucas more his storyline is more interesting Lucus is more fun and emotionally strong. I think the writers need to move away from the sad emotional victim storyline for Nathan its getting old and very annoying. It's not attractive and not who Nathan is any more. Plus this is just à télévision show not real life.
