Horseman 9 with Charles' Appaloosa, Taima, Using the Companion Glitch : Red Dead Redemption 2

There are still a few horses I haven't done the Horseman 9 Challenge with. Namely, the Gang Members' horses. Charles has a Gray Snowcap Spotted Appaloosa named Taima. Arthur gets to ride it early in Chapter 1. In this video, we use the Companion Glitch to mount this horse and then Arthur rides it from Van Horn to Blackwater to attempt to get the Horseman 9 Challenge with this horse.

Impressive that you did this without dying. You can do this challenge without going to Blackwater btw. Just go to this location 27:16 and go to the end of that headline/cape there. Awesome video 👍

What's wrong with going to Blackwater though? I'm not looking for the easy way since my third or fourth play through. What's the point? No difficulty settings. You have to make it challenging somehow.

I tried a lot to lure Karen out of camp with c glitch in chapter 2. But no luck. And here you done it, without wanting to do it !!

You don’t have to ride to Blackwater. You just have to ride to the tip of the peninsula on the close side of the river without crossing the river. When you cross that long rail bridge by the trapper just turn left and get to the shore and follow it as far as you can to the peninsula closest to Blackwater but don’t cross the river. Edit: see that peninsula at the end you crossed to after you completed to get away from Blackwater and the lawmen , that is all you have to ride to the end of to get Horseman 9.

I like riding to Blackwater though. I ENJOY it. I mean, there's an easy way to get each challenge. There aren't difficulty settings on the game. After you've played the game for years, it's like... OK. Let's do it the long way. Riding to Blackwater is not a big deal. Can be a little challenging to stay alive sometimes, but if I die, so what? I just do it again.

To saddle the horse you want you have to get far away from the horses owner so they despawn then you can saddle it

Fyi you can’t stable any of the gangs horses. you can ride em just can’t make them your own or stable them. L rockstar
