i saw some comments earlier, and seen people are running run.bat instead of install. i tried it and it ran.
FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO SCRIPT IS NOT RUNNING:
1) go to powershell and run as administrator
2) PASTE THIS COMMAND AND WAIT AND PRESS Y
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
and then paste this command
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Force
close and your script will run
