Great guide! You didn't show pulling out the HEPA filter from the engine part of the vacuum, it pulls straight out. I think it's supposed to be reusable and is also available as a replacement part. Mine looked new so I just slipped it back in. Thanks for the guide, my vacuum is good as new again 😁
This is very helpful, thank you. I get a message that the filter needs to be cleaned now after it was. It spins freely, there is no hair or anything and it still works. Any idea why I get the message?

My only complaint is the floor brush bristles are too soft, not have enough elastic. Cannot bring out the embedded long hair in the carpet.😅
Trying to find a compatible part that has stronger bristles 😂.
